Currently, no fraternity or sorority organization will own or rent a house or facility off campus for housing. Instead, organizations will obtain housing from the University in the same manner as other University students. Residence Life manages on-campus residence halls, apartments and fraternity & sorority houses.
Currently, Residence Life manages four on-campus fraternity and sorority houses:
- Delta Phi Epsilon House (sorority)
- Kappa Alpha House (fraternity)
- Kappa Sigma House (fraternity)
- Phi Delta Theta House (fraternity)
