This class will be low impact and designed for all levels of swim and fitness ability. You should be comfortable being in the pool, but you do not need to be able to swim laps. I recommend wearing a comfortable swimsuit (or athletic outfit for the pool) and bringing a water bottle and a towel. Goggles and swim shoes are optional and putting your whole head underwater is not required. A fun fact about AquaFitness is you get all the benefits of exercising without all the sweating! AquaFitness is at the pool behind the convocation center- sign in at the desk and go through the locker rooms to get to the pool deck.
