The 2013 Campbell University Family of the Year: The Tadlocks Family from Williamston, North Carolina. Emily Tadlock, a senior at Campbell University, had nominated her family for Campbell’s Family of the Year award last year but the Tadlocks weren’t selected. When the nominations started this year, her sister, Hunter, a junior at Campbell, asked her if she thought it would be a good idea if they both submitted an essay nominating their family again. The 2012 Campbell University Family of the Year: The Castillo Family from Raleigh, North Carolina. Selene submitted her family for this honor. Selene is a Freshman, studying Biology (Pre-Professional). According to her essay, her family is strong because they have stayed united through sickness & happiness.
With Selene is joined by her, Dad = Felipe, Mom = Maria, Sisters = Alexia & Gisselle & Brother = Felipe.
The 2011 Campbell University Family of the Year was the Price Family from Knightdale, North Carolina. Lindsey submitted her family for this honor; she was a Junior, studying Spanish Education. According to her essay, Family is not a word she takes lightly.

The 2010 Family of the Year was the family of Lauren Dixon from Summerfield, North Carolina. The family stated in their essay, “Over the years, their family has been pieced together, each member completing the Flinchum puzzle. The pieces of our puzzle do not look alike, but love fits us all together.”

The 2009 Campbell University Family of the Year was the Scott family from Fair Bluff, North Carolina. Caroline Scott was a sophomore, Pre-Pharmacy major. She is accompanied by her parents, Neil & Gay Scott, along with her sister, Mary Beth & Mary Beth’s fiancé, Zack Hayes, both graduates of the Campbell School of Pharmacy.

Richard, Lesley, Meredith, Nathan & Taylor Brunson are pictured with Dr. Dennis Bazemore, Vice President for Student Life. Meredith & her brother Nathan are both Campbell University students. The 2007 Campbell University Family of the Year is the family of Ruth Quakenbush from Buies Creek, North Carolina. Win, Anne, & Ruth are pictured riding in the Homecoming Parade.
The daughter of Win Quakenbush, director of Financial Management at Campbell, Ruth is a junior majoring in religion. Her mother Anne and dad Win both attended Campbell.
Alicia Turner, daughter of Jimmy & Joy Turner from Shelby, North Carolina. Alicia is a sophomore, Family Studies major.
Campbell University junior Ashley Jones had her sights set on going to Campbell from the beginning of her senior year in high school. In fact, the business and accounting major from Rocky Mount, N.C., was so focused on Campbell, she didn't even apply to other schools.
